How much are property management fees at TVR Management?

Our comprehensive Property Management Services start at $250 USD per month + 25% commission on bookings for a 2-3 Bedroom Unit that hosts up to 8 guests.

This includes managing ALL the moving parts of your short term rental property, listing and bookings, giving you 24/7 access to your listing and financial reporting dashboard, delivering monthly financial statements, providing you with a dedicated account manager, and marketing your listing to our email subscribers and social media followers. All you have to do is sit back and collect revenue!

We also offer your guests special deals on local attractions, and provide them concierge-level services.

What channels will my property be listing on?

Your property will be listed on VRBO and Airbnb, as well as through our Direct Booking Channel. These platforms offer the best customer service and have the potential – through professional staging, presentation & competitive pricing – to keep your occupancy rate high and overwhelm in check.

Yes, absolutely!
